Bacon Connoisseurs Week - March 2012
Our bacon was the selected winner for the Foodservice Supplier's Traditional Wet (i.e. Wiltshire style) Bacon category of the National Bacon Connoisseurs Week competition.

The Hairy Bikers had a TV series on BBC2; we were featured in a long segment about making Wiltshire Cure bacon in a program entitled "Breakfast", shown on Friday 16th Dec at 3:45pm.

We were awarded Gold and Silver medals for our Wiltshire Cure, Golden Rind Smoked and Maple Cured Bacons during Bacon Connoisseurs Week.

Taste of Britain 2005
Sandridge Farmhouse Bacon was awarded Silver in the regional/ethnic category of the Taste 2005 awards,
organised on partnership by the Daily Telegraph, Sainsbury's and Food From Britain.
Judges were given five guidelines for reaching their verdicts: taste aroma, texture, appearance and "do you crave a second helping?".
The answer to the last was frequently yes; sometimes a queue formed!
It is the latest of many National Awards won by the Bromham company, based at Sandridge Farm, between Devizes and Melksham.
The Keens raise their own pigs and produce traditional Wiltshire and Dry-cured Bacons.
